We offer professional hot tub and pool cleaning services for commercial and residential property in the Leavenworth area.
We use professional equipment and quality chemicals. We don't just check and balance your chemicals like most companies. We do a lot more, look below to see pricing and what we do at each visit.
Pricing is based on how frequently you need service. Rates start as low as $45.00 a month.

Vacation Rentals
$85.00/Monthly
- Visit before and after each guest arrival and departure. During vacancy times we guarantee to service the tub at least once a week.
- Check chemicals at time of arrival
- Remove & Clean filter(s) biweekly
- Skim Water
- Thoroughly clean hot tub cover.
- Thoroughly clean surround area of hot tub of all trash.
- Drain and refill tub as needed. Guarantee at least once every 3 months.
- Balance water chemistry (all Chemicals included in monthly fee)
- Professional signs provided with hot tub rules and warnings. This is a must so protect you of all liabilities.
- Service records are recorded at each visit for your protection.
- During snow season we shovel a path from the hot tub to the closest door for easy guest access.
Private Residences and 2nd Homes
$45.00/Monthly
- Visit - Biweekly.
- Check chemicals at time of arrival
- Remove & Clean filter(s) biweekly
- Skim Water
- Thoroughly clean hot tub cover.
- Thoroughly clean surround area of hot tub of all trash.
- Drain and refill tub as needed. Guarantee at least once every 3 months.

$75.00/Monthly
- Visit - Weekly:
