There are two ways in which Leavenworth, WA property owners can utilize our services. You can choose between our affordable Monthly Service program or our a la carte program where you select and pay for only the services you choose.

We understand when you come to Leavenworth to stay in your home you are looking to enjoy yourself and just relax, not deal with everyday property hassles. We also understand that when you are away, your property still needs attention and you can't be in two places at one time. For both these reasons we have designed a complete service company that will allow you to both enjoy yourself and relax when visiting and take care of your investment when you're gone. We concentrate only on servicing the needs of you and your property.

 

Monthly Service Program

• House Cleaning/Maid Services - We perform a pre-arrival and post departure cleaning for you. While you're visiting we perform a cleaning once every 2 weeks so you can enjoy yourself and not worry about the mess.
• Yard Care - We perform yard service every 2 weeks. Service includes mowing, hedge/bush trimming and general cleanup. Snow removal in the winter is available for an additional cost.
• Hot Tub Cleaning Service - Full hot tub cleaning service provided weekly or on an as needed basis.
• Concierge Services - Give us a call and let us know when you are coming and let us know how we can help make arrangements for you and so we can get the A/C or heat going for you so your home will be comfortable for you arrival. We also provide concierge services for you for the duration of your stay which include activity, dinner, spa reservations and more. For additional small fee we also can assist you with firewood and grocery delivery. We also provide taxi services to and from the airport and around the town.
• Monthly Property Report - You will receive a monthly report and photo of your property while you're away. The report will include the time and date of all services provided and any recommendations for additional needs for your property.
• Courtesy Property Checks - Your property will be checked at least once a week for the following: (1) Ensure doors and windows are locked, (2) run water to prevent freezing pipes in the winter, and (3) ensure an adequate temperature is maintained in the home. This is your valuable investment and we can help make sure you have peace of mind.
• Window Cleaning - Windows will be cleaned on an as needed basis.
• Material Stocking - Give us a call before you're going to head over to Leavenworth with your list. We will get all needed materials stocked for you including groceries, firewood, etc.
• Coordination and Management of other services - For all the services we don't directly provide we will assist in coordinating and managing them, thus being your eyes on the ground. Other services we help coordinate and manage are snow removal, yard maintenance, repairs, etc. Major repairs or projects such as remodeling or any structural changes may require an additional fee for managing.

All of the above services are provided at a flat monthly fee based on the size of your property and your needs. If you are interested in this program please give us a call and we will ask you few short questions and provide you with a proposed monthly fee.
