We currently only offer Maid services for vacation rentals.

Leavenworth Property Services, LLC understands that your vacation rental is a business and like any professional business your rentals appearance is essential to your success. For this reason we offer complete cleaning services for all your vacation rental cleaning needs.

Pricing is subject to the size of the property and how many beds the property has. Rates are generally priced on a flat rate per cleaning and range between $65.00 - $150.00. We also offer clients the option of a $28.00 per hour rate. When cleanings are provided on an hourly rate we require a minimum of $65.00 per cleaning. After the first 2 hours of cleaning the $28.00 per hour applies.

We provide 100% guaranteed satisfaction cleaning on all visits and provide the following at each visit -

- Inspect the rental for any broke or missing items
- Strip all linens
- Laundry
- Remake all bedding
- Wipe down all surfaces
- Vacuum
- Clean bathrooms
- Dust
- Mop
- Dishes
- Remove trash from grounds if needed.
- Replenish all cleaning materials and toiletries, ect. on an as needed basis.
- Clean Stove when needed
